My Story
From a young age, I was exposed to the fascinating world of visual media, and it wasn’t long before I realized that I wanted to pursue a career in the film industry. To me, films contain an element of magic - the ability to transport us to another time and place, to bring out emotions and alter perceptions.
As a creative individual, these are some of the aspects that attracted me to get involved in this industry. Personal statement
As a dedicated student at BOA Stage and Screen, enrolled in the Broadcast Media course, my passion for the film industry has grown exponentially. My journey into the world of film has been an exhilarating one, revealing to me the immense power of storytelling through the visual and auditory medium.
Throughout my time at BOA Stage and Screen, I have had the privilege of gaining invaluable insights into various aspects of the film industry. From editing, filming, and acting my coursework has provided me with a diverse skill set that I am eager to further refine and apply within the realm of film production. I have not only developed a deep understanding of technical aspects but also applied my ability to collaborate effectively within creative teams and contribute to the film industry as a creative professional.
I am someone who takes work seriously and applies myself like a professional. I am perfectly suited for the role as I am confident that I have the necessary skills, qualities, and attributes to not only to surpass the roles expectations but to also help achieve the objectives. The professional experiences I have had in my role at BOA Stage and Screen will enable me to be a pro active and experienced in this position.
What truly captivates me about filmmaking is its unique ability to evoke emotions, challenge perspectives, and ignite conversations.
